  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Overview

Purchase Ledger Assistant. Manchester - Trafford Park. £25,000 Per Annum + Bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately process purchase invoices.
  • Handle purchase order-related queries from internal and external customers.
  • Address and resolve invoices rejected.
  • Track and manage pro forma and VAT invoice requirements.
  • Assist with general purchase ledger housekeeping tasks, including statement reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external customers to resolve queries and provide requested information.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience within a finance function.
  • Strong Excel experience including Pivot Tables and Subtotals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
