Job description

We’re working with a growing business in Leeds that’s looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their finance team on a temporary basis with a view to go perm. If you’ve got a good eye for detail and experience in accounts payable, this could be a great fit.

Purchase Ledger – What you’ll be doing

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

  • Preparing payment runs and ensuring timely payments

  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate purchase ledger records

  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

Purchase Ledger – What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role

  • Comfortable using accounting systems and Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines

Purchase Ledger – What’s on offer

  • Hourly rate equivalent to £25,000 – £28,000 DOE
