A local educational authority in Gerrards Cross is seeking a Pupil Wellbeing Mentor and School Mental Health Lead. This role involves managing emotional wellbeing for students and staff, overseeing mental health strategies, and working with the senior leadership team. The position offers a pro-rata salary based on qualifications and experience, with flexible hours during term time.
Location: Gerrards Cross
We are looking to appoint a Pupil Wellbeing Mentor and School Mental Health Lead to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the support for the emotional wellbeing and mental health support of pupils and staff, reporting to the Headteacher.
Hours are 8.30am – 3.45pm, 3 or 4 days per week
Occasional staff meetings agreed in advance with time taken in lieu
Term time only, including INSET days

The salary for the position is:
Bucks Pay range 2: £25,625 – 27,770 FTE (pro rata for 4 days £15,823-£17,147)
Bucks Pay range 3: £28,129- £30,174 FTE (pro rata for 4 days £17,370-£18,632)
Job Salary Bucks Pay Range 2 or 3 depending on qualifications and experience. Based on 4 days a week Bucks Pay Range 2: pro rata £15,823-£17,147; Bucks Pay Range 3: pro rata £17,370-£18,632
Contract Type Permanent
