We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Pupil Support Worker to join our supportive team. You will play a vital role in helping pupils with special educational needs (SEN) to access learning, develop independence, and thrive both academically and socially.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and who can provide patient, tailored support within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and social, emotional & mental health needs.
  • Support pupils to access the curriculum and engage in learning activities.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual learning plans.
  • Liaise with teachers, SENCO, and parents to ensure consistent support.
  • Provide personal care where necessary, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
