We’re looking for a caring and reliable Pupil Support Assistant to join a brilliant primary school team in Merton. If you’re someone who knows how to listen, encourage, and guide—especially when the going gets tough—this could be the perfect fit.

What the role involves
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional learning, social, or emotional needs

  • Helping children feel safe, supported, and included in class activities

  • Supporting classroom routines, transitions, and emotional regulation

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to make sure every pupil has what they need to thrive
