Ossett Academy & Sixth Form College are seeking to appoint a Pupil Services Officer to be part of the wider, Pastoral, Behaviour and Inclusion Team.

Responsibilities

1. Support the delivery of all Standards for Success under the guidance of the designated senior leader, maintaining these standards throughout the school day.
2. Act as the ‘Active Patrol’ when pupils are on site.
3. Assist the wider administration team as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Flexibility, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication with colleagues, parents, and pupils.
• Understanding of pastoral procedures and behaviour management.
• Familiarity with safeguarding processes and their importance in a diverse school environment.

Additional Details

The position is full-time, working Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break daily.
