Pupil Referral Unit TA

Location: Wolverhampton

Duration: Full time, on going

Salary: £95 – £105 per day

The School/role:

We are looking for a full time TA to start working at a fantastic special needs school in Wolverhampton long-term supply basis. This role requires at least two years experience working with challenging behaviour in a school or healthcare environment. Key Duties:

  • Constant Supervision:Provide vigilant supervision to ensure the safety of the child and others, particularly in managing disruptive behaviour.
  • Building Trusting Relationships:Foster a trusting relationship with the student to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Sensory Room Assistance:Facilitate the student’s engagement in the sensory room to enhance their learning experience.
  • Outdoor Activities:Organise and facilitate opportunities for the student to run around outside each day, promoting physical activity and well-being.
