Job description

Are you passionate about education and skilled in both recruitment and compliance? We are seeking a dynamic Pupil Recruitment Manager to join our team, ensuring a seamless admissions process while upholding the highest compliance standards. Due to the nature of the role there will be some evening and weekend working.

About the Role:

In this key position, you will oversee pupil recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end admissions process to attract and enrol prospective pupils. You will also ensure all compliance requirements are met, adhering to regulatory frameworks and safeguarding best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Alongside the Principal and SLT, you will assist in the development and implementation of innovative pupil recruitment strategies.
  • Understand the UKVI system, the responsibilities of sponsors of migrants, licence renewal, record keeping etc. and attend update training as and when required.
  • Manage the admissions pipeline, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for families.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant education regulations and policies.
  • Conduct due diligence checks, ensuring adherence to safeguarding and data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote the school effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports for senior leadership.

About You:

  • Proven experience in pupil recruitment, admissions, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the education sector/boarding.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
