Job summary

Gi Group in Banbury is seeking a hands-on Punch Press Operator to produce high-quality bespoke parts using various punch press machines. This role is factory-based, with straightforward daily duties and a focus on accuracy.

You will read engineering drawings, set up tooling, perform routine maintenance, and carry out quality checks with a team-oriented approach. Overtime available, and a friendly, stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a punch press in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Confidence with tooling and machine setup.
• High attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Punch Press Operator

Location: Banbury

Salary: £13 - £14ph

Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00, Friday 07:00-14:00

Overtime: Time + 1/3

The Role

As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bespoke parts using machinery. This is a hands-on manufacturing role working with a variety of materials.
