Ernest Gordon Recruitment seeks a Service Engineer (Pumps) in Guildford. Salary £32,000–£34,000 plus overtime (OTE £40k), training, progression, company benefits, van and flexi time.

The role covers the southeast, door-to-door in a provided van, with regular hours Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm and optional overtime. We are an established employer with over 25 years of experience, offering in-house electrical training and clear routes to managerial progression within two years.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing or installing pumps.
• Electrical training from in-house programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and installing pumps, gearboxes, motors, and control panels.
• Covering a patch over the southeast, paid door to door in provided van.
• Typical hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexi time and optional overtime.
