Our client is seeking a skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join their team in central London, offering fantastic benefits and opportunities for career progression, including comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across various sites.
• Conduct maintenance on commercial offices and high-end residential properties (landlord supplies only).
• Provide cover for static sites during holidays and sickness.
• Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and reactive jobs, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the general building services industry with relevant qualifications.
• NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems (Level 2) or NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing, and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems (Level 2).
• Recognized qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in installing plant, fixtures, and fittings as required.
• Ability to carry out servicing and repairs of on-site plant, fixtures, and fittings.
• Organizational skills for managing various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.

Desirable Qualifications:

• City & Guilds certification in Plumbing, Electrical, or Gas.
• 2391 Test and Inspection certification.
