Responsibilities
As the Building Services Pumps Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing and managing all aspects of pumping systems, including foul and surface water pumping stations, packaged booster sets, pressurization units, and more.
Conducting hands-on repairs, maintenance, and installations as needed.
Monitoring and assessing system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborating with a team of skilled technicians and providing guidance and support when necessary.
Implementing preventive maintenance plans and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience and expertise in working with a variety of pumping systems.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
The ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
