In this varied, collaborative role, you'll support the service, sales and projects teams as well as customers with tailored system solutions, without the need for travel or tool-based work.
In this role, you'll provide remote technical support and fault-finding on cutting-edge systems, including diagnostics across hydraulic and mechanical engineering. You'll work closely with field service, sales and projects teams, as well as the end-user to provide first-line support & project work.
