About this Role

The successful candidate will have following experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with wastewater pumps and control panels• Competent with 3-phase electrical systems• 17th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (required)• Strong mechanical and electrical skills• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service• Flexible and able to participate in on-call rota when introduced• Full UK driving licence• DBS check required

Responsibilities

• Service and repair wastewater pumping systems, packaged pump sets, macerators, and associated equipment• Install new pump chambers and systems• Work with grey water and effluent systems, often in confined spaces• Carry out fault diagnosis and provide detailed reports with photos using PDA/mobile device• Work confidently on 3-phase systems and control panels• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and site safety• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth service deliveryDesirable (but not essential):• Drainage experience• Experience with sewage treatment plants• High-pressure water jetting• Basic plumbing knowledge• Ability to drive 7.5 tonne tanker
