Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager for its Publishing Services team. This role supports the studio with non-design tasks, manages project delivery, commissions suppliers, proof checks, and carries out corrections on multi-component courses and related materials.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information succinctly.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the production workflow under the Publishing Services Manager.
Manage educational course materials including books, marketing material, PDFs, web screens, apps and eBooks.
Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to meet client briefs and timelines.
Check editorials briefs, maintain schedules, ensure briefs are met and assess work quality.
Control costs and schedules to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
Maintain knowledge of suppliers and the impact on delivering cost-effective, quality solutions.
Assist the media team with research for published material when required.
