Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking a senior professional for a 12-month contract in Central London, hybrid with 3 days onsite. You will join the Music Publishing Partnerships team to work across the EMEA region on licensing, rights management, and platform partnerships.

The role requires 10+ years in music publishing, strong stakeholder management, and deep understanding of digital platforms. The contract pays up to £144,000 per annum pro rata and offers remote options within the hybrid setup.

Join a team within the world’s biggest social media platform company for an intense and impact focused 12-month assignment during which you will work with a specialist Music Publishing Partnerships team, working at the intersection of music publishing, rights management, and digital platforms across the EMEA region.

What will I be doing?

• Manage relationships with music publishers, collection societies, industry stakeholders across EMEA
• Act as a key point of contact for partner queries, operational issues, and day-to-day stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct business reviews, analysing music usage and partner performance across digital platforms.
• Coordinate the exchange of publishing, rights, and usage data to support accurate identification and payment processes.
• Work closely with operations and business development teams to deliver contractual commitments and drive partner success.
• Organise and support partner meetings, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide market insights and contribute to data-driven decision making within the EMEA partnerships team.

What experience and background do I need to be eligible?

• 10+ years' experience within music publishing, publishing partnerships, rights management organisations, or a related field with demonstrated expertise in music publishing rights, rights data and administration, royalties, and digital music licensing.
• Deep understanding of digital music platforms and business models
• Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders, including Director-level contacts.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Proven track record of building effective relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups.

This opportunity is a 12-month contract, hybrid – 3 days onsite in Central London / remote options available. Paying from £128,000 per annum pro rata.
