We’re on the lookout for an Associate Director to shape publishing, audio, and out-of-home strategy for a portfolio of well-known, ambitious clients. This isn’t a box-ticking role- t’s for someone who loves the craft of media and wants to be at the table where ideas, innovation, and investment come together.Whether you’re an experienced Manager ready to step up or a Director looking for new energy and direction, this could be your moment.
You’ll be leading the thinking across print, digital audio, and radio—channels that still matter and still move people. At the same time, you’ll stretch into OOH strategy: working with data, creativity, and cutting-edge tech like programmatic DOOH.

Lead on publishing and audio strategy, planning, and client relationships
Collaborate on exciting OOH campaigns that combine creativity with insight and data
Work with top-tier media owners to unlock value and opportunities
Present strategic responses and campaign results with clarity and confidence
Guide and develop a brilliant junior team—sharing knowledge, setting pace, building trust
Spot problems early, solve them smartly, and find ways to improve how we all work

What are we looking for?
Experience planning across OOH and Print, Radio, and Digital Audio
Confidence in negotiation, commercial planning, and client communication
A head for data and a nose for insight
