As we continue to build out our global publishing team to support Linkby’s rapid growth in the UK, US, and APAC markets, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Publisher Insights Manager to play a key role in compiling and visualising campaign data to help inform strategy and success across our global publisher network.
Reporting to the UK Publisher Partnerships Lead and working closely with the global publishing team, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming data into insights, streamlining reporting processes, and enabling cross-functional teams to make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll be instrumental in tracking performance across our publishing portfolio globally, identifying opportunities for growth, and building scalable analytics workflows that drive commercial impact.
Compensation: £45,000-50,000 annually + quarterly bonus based on business performance. Competitive ESOP (employee stock ownership plan). WFH flexibility (with WeWork membership). Home-office credit. Regular team get-togethers.
