JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: PSH Site Manager
Pay Range: $68,640 - $80,000 PER YEAR
Reporting To: PSH Program Manager
Work Type: On-site
POSITION SUMMARY:
The PSH Site Manager will oversee caregivers and daily schedules to ensure work is completed and clients' needs are met. The site manager will facilitate communication between staff and the corporate office, ensuring that daily operations at the site run efficiently and in accordance with Libertana's policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, spelling, and basic mathematics.
- Ability to perform personal care services competently before providing patient care.
- Current and satisfactory physical examination report, including TB screening or chest X-ray, as per agency policies. Must be free from signs of infection and illness.
- Current CPR and Basic First Aid Certification.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and manage staffing schedules.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings and in-service training.
- Document client information, including medication lists and doctor’s orders.
- Prepare weekly activity reports.
- Maintain compliance logs such as OSHA logs, workplace violence, and injury logs.
- Manage site supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with Activity Coordinators to develop programs and oversee the monthly activity calendar.
- Perform quarterly audits of client charts.
- Respond to site requests and concerns, assisting in resolution.
- Attend monthly site manager meetings.
- Ensure employee credentials are current and submitted on time.
- Interview and hire staff as needed.
- Maintain positive customer service and satisfaction.
- Support technicians with client needs.
- Foster a comfortable and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and healthcare laws.
- Conduct staff evaluations at 90 days and annually.
- Adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Report fraud and abuse.
- Understand and apply mandated reporting laws.
- Document client interactions promptly and accurately.
- Follow all agency policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands frequently for operation of computer, telephone, and keyboard.
- Require close vision for computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs 15% of the time.
- Pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs regularly; over 50 lbs 20% of the time.
