Qualifications

Qualified to degree in relevant subject or similar.
Enthusiastic about teaching with effective strategies to engage learners.
Able to balance academic rigor with encouragement and support.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
Provide academic guidance and pastoral support to help every learner succeed.
Make effective use of digital platforms such as Teams and Google Classroom to enhance learning and feedback.
Participate in curriculum development, open events, interviews, and student induction activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and support continuous improvement.
Uphold safeguarding, equality, diversity, and health and safety policies.
