UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is seeking a Workstream Lead for a 6-month Inside IR35 contract based in Swindon, with an option to be in London and about 40% office attendance. You will lead a critical people-change programme, overseeing restructures and exits across departments within a public sector setting.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale change, strong governance, and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
