• Experience administering Telephony Platforms and Mobile Device Management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting end users with technology.
• Understanding of accessibility, information security and data protection.

Responsabilidades

• Support end users remotely and in person with mobile devices.
• Administer and maintain corporate mobile devices using Intune and telephony systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues, services and suppliers to deliver digital solutions.
• Investigate incidents and service requests; escalate where needed.
• Manage user access and security controls per approved procedures.
• Implement approved system changes and deployment processes.
• Produce and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Contribute to projects with development, testing and support.
• Identify service improvements and support continuous enhancement of systems and user experience.
