Job summary

TXP is seeking a Technical Architect for a major public sector transformation in London. You will act as technical authority, discover and assess existing technology estates, and shape future-state options with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading technology discovery, guiding architecture across programmes, managing ambiguity, and translating complex technology into business outcomes. Travel may be required.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority within transformation delivery teams.
• Lead technology discovery and assessment activities across complex landscapes.
• Understand current technology estates and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help shape future-state technology options and recommendations.
• Work with technology leadership and transformation teams to translate findings into business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders.
