Job summary

NTT DATA UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our Public Sector team in London. You will shape secure, resilient digital and data transformation for UK Government clients, leading multi-disciplinary squads and mentoring delivery teams.

In this role you will design scalable solutions, govern across programmes, stay hands-on with coding and reviews, and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards. Eligibility for Security Clearance is required or in progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role.
Hands-on coding experience with Java, .NET, or Python.
Experience leading development teams.
Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Architect and design scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Lead and manage development teams, ensuring best practices in software development, quality, and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Provide governance across programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
Mentor and coach development teams, fostering collaboration.
Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
