Job summary

ARM is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for a 6-month contract in the United Kingdom. The role is Milton Keynes-based with hybrid working and a daily rate of £600 Umbrella.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing and tender activities, develop category-aligned strategies and manage a team of sourcing professionals while ensuring governance, compliance and regulatory standards are met. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong public sector procurement experience is essential.
• Proven team management and leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of governance, assurance and compliance.
• MCIPS or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and tender activities.
• Manage and support a team of sourcing professionals.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with category plans.
• Ensure procurement activity and documentation meet governance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on procurement policy, compliance and assurance.
• Work with senior stakeholders, governance and assurance teams.
• Support reporting and wider management activities.
