Job summary

CGI Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to own the design and delivery of secure, scalable technology solutions for public sector clients. You will translate complex requirements into robust architectural designs while guiding multidisciplinary teams through the full solution lifecycle.

You will lead architecture governance, create roadmaps, and engage senior stakeholders in workshops and design reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering secure, scalable technology solutions.
• Ability to produce HLDs, LLDs, solution blueprints and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture governance and design methods.
• Translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of security, integration, infrastructure, and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of secure, scalable technology solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Produce high-level and low-level designs, architecture roadmaps and blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams of engineers and analysts.
• Maintain architectural integrity with security standards and delivery methods.
• Engage senior client stakeholders through workshops and design reviews.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and improve performance.
• Support business development with technical proposals and bids.
• Translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for diverse audiences.
