Job summary

CGI Group Inc. is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead pre-sales and solution development within the Space, Defence and Intelligence space.

The role involves owning the end-to-end architecture, translating client needs into deliverable designs, and engaging with customers and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery at scale. You will work across multiple projects with existing and new clients, representing CGI at meetings and industry events to promote offerings and grow market

Qualifications

Significant experience in solution development within a business development context (Deployed Land Environment orientated System Integration or IT Services).
Ability to translate client needs into solutions and communicate business impact of technical choices.
Track record of designing high level architectures and translating into detailed designs.

Responsibilities

Own the credibility and integrity of solutions across the full lifecycle from vision to delivery.
Define and control solution architecture with customers and subcontractors.
Develop client facing artefacts and position CGI capabilities in solutions.
Represent CGI at client meetings, industry events and conferences to promote offerings.
Identify new opportunities for solution innovation and growth, including PoV/PoC initiatives.
