Job summary

TrueNorth® is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a major UK Government department delivering vital digital services. You will work within a multidisciplinary agile team to shape product direction, prioritise delivery and drive continuous improvements for services used by healthcare professionals and Government teams.

This role sits within a high-profile programme focused on improving digital services and requires BPSS clearance.

Qualifications

Experience in product management within digital, technology or public sector environments.
Experience developing product roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work with the Lead Product Manager to define product goals, strategy and priorities.
Manage and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value for users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, designers and delivery teams to deliver high-quality digital services.
Engage with stakeholders across Government to align priorities and build consensus.
Use insight, data and user feedback to inform product decisions and roadmap development.
Balance the needs of a live service with ongoing improvement and transformation initiatives.
Champion user-centred design and ensure user needs remain at the heart of decision-making.
Communicate product vision, progress and priorities to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify risks, dependencies and challenges, making informed decisions in complex environments.
Support teams in delivering outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
