A public sector organization in Tyne and Wear is seeking a Health & Safety Officer to join on a full-time, temporary basis. The ideal candidate should have a NEBOSH qualification and experience in site inspections and compliance monitoring. This role will involve site inspections, using the SafetyCulture app, and promoting safe working practices. Competitive hourly rate of £20 Umbrella LTD offered.

Competenze

• Experience of undertaking workplace/site inspections within a public sector or similar environment.

Mansioni

• Carrying out site inspections across council premises and facilities.
• Recording inspection outcomes using the SafetyCulture app.
• Assisting the Health and Safety Team with compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Supporting colleagues in promoting safe working practices.
