Energy Jobline ZR in Newry is seeking an Estimator (Construction / M+E) to join a growing team on a new education contract. You will estimate construction, building development and M+E services for public sector projects, with occasional site visits and close collaboration with other departments.

The role offers training in Quantity Surveying, progression to senior levels, and a hybrid working pattern with a competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000) plus travel paid and project variety.

Qualifications

• Estimating construction, building projects and M+E services.
• Willingness to train in Quantity Surveying and grow in role.
• Ability to work on public sector and education projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce estimates and pricing based on drawings.
• Estimate construction/building projects in the public sector.
• Occasional site visits to take measurements.
• Support cost tracking and progress towards Quantity Surveying.
