Job summary

PwC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager to lead customer-led transformation engagements for public sector clients, shaping journeys, operating models and digital channels. You will coach junior colleagues, manage day-to-day client relationships, and own the quality of your work.

You will diagnose issues, design practical solutions and support delivery across service excellence, customer operations, and technology-enabled change, while growing the practice through proposals and market

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-led or service transformation in public sector contexts.
• Understanding of customer and service technologies (CRM, case management, contact centres).
• Strong consulting skills: problem structuring, analysis, stakeholder management, facilitation and storytelling.
• Experience guiding transformation projects from strategy to implementation, including risk management.
• Contribution to business development: proposals, credentials, client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams or small project teams within customer-led transformation engagements.
• Diagnose issues, identify opportunities, design practical solutions and support delivery.
• Support design and delivery across service excellence, customer operations, contact centre transformation and digital enablement.
• Grow the practice through proposals, credentials and client conversations.
• Demonstrate inclusive leadership and PwC values in client and team interactions.
