As an Audit Senior Manager in our Public Sector Audit Team, you will:

• Manage a large portfolio of audit clients
• Resolve complex technical issues and project manage client work
• Ensure high-quality client deliverables and foster a culture of excellence
• Develop and inspire your team, creating an inclusive environment
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Engage in departmental responsibilities and new project initiatives

Knowing you’re right for us

Minimum requirements include a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, CIPFA) with post-qualification experience, and confidence managing a large public sector audit portfolio. Preferred skills include:

• Experience managing audits of public sector bodies and technical complexities
• Knowledge of the CIPFA Code and Department of Health Group Accounting Manual
• Project management experience
• Experience with IFRS
• Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft packages
