Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is offering a School Leaver Apprenticeship in Audit from Birmingham. You’ll study towards a professional qualification with ACA funding and receive hands-on client experience from day one, supported by mentors and structured training.

You’ll help test financial information, analyze data, and apply audit technology and AI-driven analytics to real client engagements while building relationships with teams across Audit, Tax and Advisory.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4/C (or equivalent qualifications).
• Achieved or predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points from top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or other recognised Level 3 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements by testing financial information and reviewing evidence to help ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant.
• Analyse financial data to understand how businesses operate, identify risks and highlight key findings.
• Use audit technology, AI-powered tools and data analytics to interpret large volumes of data and improve audit quality.
• Work closely with clients and colleagues, gathering information and contributing to meetings and reports.
