Qualifications

• Public sector delivery experience within government departments, public bodies, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of public sector standards (GDS Service Standard or equivalent) and procurement guidelines.
• Proven proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, or APM).
• Experience coordinating third‑party suppliers and multidisciplinary teams under public framework contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, custom software development, or cloud migrations using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Build trusted relationships with public sector clients, translate requirements into achievable delivery plans.
• Manage project financials, resources, SOW compliance, burn rates, and margins in line with public procurement frameworks.
• Establish governance, identify and mitigate risks (RAID) in highly regulated environments.
• Lead multi-disciplinary pods of design, development, and data specialists to deliver iterative value.
