Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Contract Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme in the UK. The role is hybrid with 2 days on-site per week in Manchester or Leeds, with a daily rate up to £450 and Inside IR35 through umbrella.

You will elicit and analyse requirements, facilitate cross-stakeholder workshops, and translate complex needs into actionable tasks for Agile delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and user requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across multiple business areas.
• Create and manage high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support product delivery teams in an Agile environment.
• Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
