About the role

Experienced social media professional wanted for iconic automotive and motorcycle client

  • Confident in managing social media accounts for the UK presence of a global motorcycle brand
  • Experienced in community management across Instagram, Facebook, and X – responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions to drive engagement
  • Able to create and manage content for social channels, with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in both copy and imagery
  • Skilled at identifying influencer opportunities to help build brand awareness
  • Experience in developing social-first campaigns and content to support both sales and brand goals, working collaboratively with the wider team
  • Collaborates with the broader communications team to identify campaign integration opportunities and provide proactive social support for existing activity
  • Able to report back to clients with key insights, performance analytics, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Serves as the primary client contact for key social media activity
  • Experience managing press fleets is preferable

Experience required

  • 1-2 years within a similar role (agency experience preferred)
  • Experience with PR and media relations is a plus
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Emplifi, Hootsuite etc.) is not required, but a bonus
