Job description

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Manager to lead our PR team in upholding our clients relationship while increasing brand awareness. We are looking for professionals with experience in both public relations and team management who can develop and maintain important relationships with media professionals and our clients to leverage our brand story across the ever-expanding digital landscape. Our preferred candidate is equipped with great communication skills, exemplary storytelling abilities, and a keen sense of social media strategy.

Objectives of this role
  • Oversee public relations and public-facing marketing strategies
  • Nurture and leverage relationships with existing and potential media partners and clients
  • Review and manage PR budget and goals
  • Grow and maintain stellar brand awareness

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication Planning:Developing and implementing PR strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance brand reputation.
  • Media Relations:Building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure positive coverage.
  • Content Creation:Writing and distributing press releases, articles, and other content to communicate key messages.
  • Crisis Management:Developing and executing plans to address and mitigate negative publicity or crises.
  • Social Media Management:Overseeing social media presence and engagement to build brand awareness and manage online reputation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including customers, employees, and community members.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:Tracking media coverage, social media sentiment, and other metrics to assess the effectiveness of PR efforts.
