“Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference”
We are not your typical PR Agency. We are results focused, sharp and deeply embedded in the world of premium health, wellness and lifestyle. Our clients are Founders, Entrepreneurs and Innovators building category-redefining brands, and you will be working directly with them from day one. We believe business should be a force for good, and we donate £1 for every piece of coverage we generate to our charity partner, Refuge.
This is a new role in our vibrant team, and a unique opportunity to fast-track your career in a dynamic Agency, with structured support from a fantastic team of Directors and one of the most respected PR Agency Founders in the industry.
What's the role?
We are looking for a driven, curious, media-savvy Account Executive who loves the thrill of landing coverage, impressing clients and going the extra mile. You will be proactive, highly organised and take real pride in your work. A strong writer, you will help bring stories, innovation, research and studies to life. This role would suit a recent graduate with agency or marketing internship experience, or an existing PR Account Executive looking to change sector or media focus.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with Directors and the senior team to deliver thoughtful, high-quality PR campaigns and impactful results for clients
- Research, develop and pitch compelling stories that cut through the noise and secure coverage
- Play an active role in day-to-day client relationships, working closely with the senior team and progressively taking ownership of your own client activity
- Contribute to PR and communications strategy helping to deliver campaigns and track progress against quarterly KPIs
- Prepare for and contribute to client meetings and calls, bringing ideas, updates and proactive thinking
- Write press releases, proposals, briefing documents, reporting and other client-facing content
- Support the planning and delivery of events, launches and brand activations alongside the senior team
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, creators and relevant experts
- Stay on top of media, industry and cultural trends, and monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities for clients
This role would be a good fit if you:
- Are curious about what makes a story interesting and have a genuine appetite for media
- Are proactive, resourceful and happy to spot opportunities without being asked
- Are ambitious and keen to take on more responsibility quickly
- Are highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong relationship-building and project management skills
- Are a strong writer who cares about accuracy and creativity in equal measure
- Are a problem solver, collaborative team player and confident communicator
- Are aware of social media platforms and understand how brands and audiences engage online
- Are positive, enthusiastic and genuinely care about making a difference for clients
Support and development
- Structured onboarding, with regular 1:1s and mentoring from Directors
- On-the-job training, you'll build skills in media relations, client management and events alongside experienced team members, not in isolation
- A clear path to Senior Account Executive and then Manager, with responsibilities like strategy ownership and budget management introduced progressively as you develop
- Access to industry training and development opportunities
