Job summary

Schroders is offering a 10-week Public Markets internship in London, starting 14 June 2027. You will rotate across Equities, Multi-Asset and Solutions teams, supporting analysts and fund managers with macroeconomic research and investment theses.

You will receive extensive training, mentorship, and opportunities to network with senior leaders, with on-site facilities and a dedicated graduate buddy. The programme is designed to develop technical and professional skills for a career in investment

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of macroeconomics and investment concepts relevant to asset management.
• Interest in financial markets, data-driven approach, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to live projects within the Public Markets internship.
• Rotate across Equities, Multi-Asset and Solutions teams to gain exposure.
• Support analysts and fund managers with macroeconomic and market research.
• Develop investment theses and present two investment projects to fund managers.
