Job summary

Schroders invites ambitious undergraduates to join its 2027 London Summer Internship Programme in Public Markets, starting 14 June 2027. The 10-week internship provides hands-on experience across asset classes, two rotations and close exposure to investment teams.

You will gain practical experience with mentors, develop analytical and communication skills, and learn how Schroders applies investment approaches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive and adaptable with strong numerical skills.
• Interested in financial markets and data.
• Clear communication and collaborative spirit.
• On track to graduate in 2028.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive introductory training to build industry knowledge.
• Rotate across Equities, Multi-Asset and Solutions teams on live projects.
• Shadow analysts and fund managers to learn investment approaches.
• Prepare and present two investment projects to fund managers.
