PUBLIC LAW DISPUTES LAWYER, 3+ PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £75-95,000 (DOE).

Exciting opportunity to join the highly regarded Public Law department of the UK’s leading firms, offering a flexible and inclusive working environment alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Work on Public Law matters with a focus on Procurement Disputes and Judicial Reviews; manage files, supervise and delegate work to junior lawyers, and handle High Court litigation as well as mediation.
  • Conduct advocacy where appropriate; deliver strategic, practical, and commercial advice; support the team on larger and more complex matters.
  • Engage directly with clients to manage expectations, oversee budgets and fees, and contribute to business development through marketing, networking, and other client-focused initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience gained at a strong regional or City firm, or specialist/niche practice, with expertise in High Court Litigation and, preferably, procurement Disputes and/or Judicial Review.
  • Excellent client service skills, high attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication, with a flexible approach to meet urgent client and court deadlines while maintaining clear and consistent client communication.
