Qualifications

• Previous experience of public inquiries/reviews and/or litigation (ideally public law litigation).
• Good written skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience with disclosure exercises; drafting witness statements; providing detailed written legal advice and litigation related to inquiries/reviews.

Responsibilities

• Carry out extensive disclosure exercises.
• Draft witness statements and provide detailed written legal advice.
• Conduct litigation relating to public inquiries/reviews.
• Manage workload and meet deadlines; attend team meetings and contribute to knowledge management.
• Comply with Lexcel requirements and organisational policies and SLAs.
