We are offering an exciting opportunity and are looking to recruit innovative and motivated Staff Nurses, who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to join our teams across the Kirklees locality.
You will need experience within the School Nursing or Health Visiting discipline and be able to work as part of a team.
You will have a passion for working with pre school aged children (0-5 yrs) and their families. You will be required to facilitate and deliver a range of assessments alongside the health visitor, provide health information, deliver brief interventions and work both independently and as part of a multi-agency team.
You will have a passion for working with school aged children and young people and be required to facilitate and deliver a range of assessments, brief interventions, proactive public health initiatives and work both independently and as part of a multi-agency team. You will work from a variety of settings including schools, partner agencies and homes, working flexibly and creatively to best engage and meet the diverse health needs of the school aged population. You will have a flexible approach, to undertake health needs assessments and determine health needs of a 5-19 caseload.
