Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time 0.54 WTE School Health Nurse to deliver health promotion and public health support for children and young people aged 5-19. You will work within the North Rural Locality (Bloxham, Chipping Norton, Woodstock and surrounding villages), partnering with schools and families to promote safeguarding, emotional and physical health.

• Experience of delivering health promotion advice/activities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Evidence-based practice understood.

• Work with 0-19 teams and safeguarding processes under SCPHN supervision.
• Collaborate with schools, primary care, and partner agencies to improve health outcomes.
