Job summary

Swansea University is offering a part-time post of 7 hours per week (0.2 FTE) on a fixed-term basis for an initial period of 12 months. The postholder will recruit participants, collect and analyse data and samples, and prepare reports describing results.

You will work under the PI to recruit participants, manage data entry and analysis, and interact with collaborators across the Faculty, university and third-sector partners.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in public health or a related subject.
• Fluent in Farsi.
• Experience of quantitative research and working or volunteering with sanctuary-seeking communities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit study participants and undertake data collection and sample analysis.
• Data entry, data polishing and data analysis; contribute to research conduct and presentation of results.
• Prepare reports and draft papers describing research results; interact with collaborators across the University and third-sector organisations.
