• Significant experience in public sector business support, leading teams and delivering complex programmes or projects.
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels and manage competing priorities.
• Clear and concise communication of information to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Public Health business programme with milestones, dependencies and risk reporting.
• Lead and develop the Public Health Office and Business Support Officers, setting priorities and performance expectations.
• Coordinate corporate work programmes, service meetings and internal communications across the service.
• Oversee coordinated responses to enquiries, complaints and FOI requests.
• Support operational resilience and continuous improvement, addressing delivery issues and capturing learning.
