A health security organization in Camden Town is seeking consultants to enhance professional standards and lead revalidation and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in clinical governance and workforce strategy, contributing to the organization's mission to promote quality and inclusiveness in health services. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence public health standards and initiatives.
An exciting opportunity for existing consultants to broaden their professional and leadership activity working on agreed areas of work across PH consultant professional standards, appraisal and revalidation; specialist training and workforce strategy. The Revalidation and Clinical Governance division provides functions to ensure the organisation has a robust clinical governance and quality improvement framework and the medical / public health professional workforce is working to appropriate standards to progress the Agency's wider agenda on quality, clinical governance, training and professional development. Whilst initially focused on workforce and professional standards the role may also include information sharing and/or clinical quality and governance responsibilities.
