Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Events and Schools Liaison Executive to join our Marketing team in Slough and Langley. This full-time, permanent role coordinates school visits, delivers assemblies, and runs recruitment events across all campus sites.

You will work under the Head of Marketing, travel between Langley, Windsor, Strodes in Egham and Berkshire College of Agriculture in Maidenhead, and contribute to the school outreach programme while tracking attendance and outcomes for

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination and public facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel across campus sites regularly.
• FE/HE student recruitment or school liaison desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school visits and recruitment events across campus sites.
• Deliver assemblies and campus tours.
• Capture photos, video clips and student stories for social media.
• Maintain accurate event records and monitor attendance and enquiries.
• Liaise with schools and community partners to promote events.
