Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group in Slough and Langley is seeking a proactive Events and Schools Liaison Executive to join our Marketing team. You will coordinate school visits, deliver engaging presentations and run recruitment events across campus sites.

You will travel between four campuses and local schools, manage event logistics, capture stories for social media, and report on outreach performance to help meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in event coordination and public facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across campus sites and schools.
• FE/HE student recruitment or school liaison experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school visits, deliver interactive presentations and run recruitment events across campus sites.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of the school outreach programme.
• Maintain accurate event records and monitor attendance and enquiries.
• Capture photos/video and stories for social media and reporting.
