Job summary

Anchor Group Services in Oxted is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. You will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of public toilet facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe and presentable for the public during your shift.

The role requires previous cleaning experience, punctuality, independence and a proactive attitude. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–09:00, at £14.80 per hour, with access to Anchor Academy training and a range of employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise public toilet facilities to a high standard.
• Replenish consumables including toilet paper and soap.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable facilities during each shift.
• Report maintenance issues or damage.
• Follow health and safety procedures and site requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Work independently and use initiative to complete tasks.
• Contribute to overall upkeep and appearance of the facility.
